KVKK notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), to inform you about how your personal data is processed when you use peramio.com or contact us.

2. Personal data processed

  • Identity and contact data: name, work email, company name.
  • Request data: website or app link, project details, budget range, timeline, the content of your messages and call notes.
  • Transaction security data: IP address and technical logs processed by our hosting provider.
  • Marketing data: analytics and advertising cookie data — only with your explicit consent.

3. Purposes of processing

Responding to your enquiries and requests; preparing growth audits and proposals; planning and holding meetings; managing business relationships; ensuring the security of our website and systems; improving our website and measuring our marketing (with consent); and complying with legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds and method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through our website forms, email, booking tools and cookies. It is processed on the grounds set out in KVKK Article 5: processing being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç), our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f), and your explicit consent where required, such as for analytics and advertising cookies (Art. 5/1).

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared with service providers we use to operate our business (hosting, email, scheduling, form processing, CRM and — with your consent — analytics and advertising providers), and with authorised public institutions where legally required. Some providers are located abroad; such transfers are carried out in line with KVKK Article 9.

6. Your rights (KVKK Article 11)

You have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to, in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7; request that third parties be notified of such correction or deletion; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You can submit requests to hello@peramio.com or in writing to the address above, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We will respond within 30 days at the latest.
