Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“Peramio”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit peramio.com or contact us. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Who is responsible
The data controller is [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Istanbul, Türkiye (MERSIS: [MERSIS NUMBER]). For anything related to your data, email hello@peramio.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you use our contact or growth audit forms, email us or book a call: your name, work email, company, website or app link, the details you share about your project, budget range and timeline.
- Technical data — basic information our hosting provider processes to deliver the site securely, such as IP address, browser type and request logs.
- Analytics and advertising data — only if you accept these cookies: how you use the site and which campaigns brought you here. See our cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a growth audit or proposal, and run the calls you request — based on steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To keep the website secure and working — based on our legitimate interest.
- To understand and improve how the site performs and to measure our own marketing — only with your consent.
- To meet legal obligations, such as record-keeping.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run our business, under appropriate agreements: website hosting (Google Firebase), email and productivity tools, scheduling tools for booked calls, form processing and CRM tools, and — if you consent — analytics and advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta). Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area; where they do, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, including KVKK Article 9 and the GDPR.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and generally no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 3 years] after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the relevant tool.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to its processing, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of Türkiye have the rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) — see our KVKK notice. To exercise any right, email hello@peramio.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority — KVKK).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on the tools we use.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
